Studio space

Does anybody know of any studio space available in Charlbury?
I'm a local artist, working mostly in painting, looking for space to work in. I'm quite happy to repurpose a space, as long as it's secure and dry - preferably with electricity and running water.
Happy to pay rent, I'm conscientious, friendly and wouldn't be any bother! Please let me know if you can think of anywhere.
