Looking for a laptop for a teenage refugee in Witney

Charlbury Refugee Action has just had this request from the people looking after the Syrian refugee families in Witney.

"We wondered if you could help us source one laptop? It's for one of the teenagers to use for his school work. Ideally set up with virus software and parental controls."

Charlbury people have helped generously with computers in the past. Is there anyone out there with a suitable laptop in excess of requirements?
