I am very interested in this idea - I know lots of walks but not so good on foraging for edible plants but would like to learn. Be nice to incorporate this into our Walkers are Welcome programme and would give walks additional interest.

Thanks for all expressions of interest!
The cost will depend on costs of hall/ room hire to enable us to assemble, have refreshments and " comfort stops" etc.
When I've done more research and decided on a walking route, I will post further details on the adverts page.

Hello all.
I'm considering starting local foraging walks for edible and medicinal plants which can be found growing wild. Maybe even hold a locally foraged soup and salad lunch for participants plus a handout of recipes and cooking ideas which use the things we find season by season?
Is anyone interested in such an activity ? It would be good to have an idea of numbers of interested and willing participants.
Is there anyone out there who'd be keen to join a group of 10 or so fee paying individuals?
