How can one pick up a copy of the Community Energy Prospectus that was given out to those who attended the Memorial Hall meeting on Feb. 17th? I really don't want to download & print-out the document in pdf format.

No the sewage farm is where its been for years, beyond one end of the field, it not the one down near the station!!

The site hasn't moved from the one originally proposed between Charlbury and Fawler, it is just that it may not be particularly easy to recognise from the description ..... which almost conjures up the image of a bit of a disaster area that can only be improved by rows of nice neat panels!

This sentence from the Southill Community Energy prospectus seems to acknowledge that statements can be at least arguably true, but still misleading:

"The directors have taken all reasonable care to ensure that every statement of fact or opinion included in this share offering is true and not misleading based on information known to them as at the date
of the document."

I'm not so sure this one does, though!

"...a site that [is] south-facing, lower grade agricultural land, lying
between a road and a railway line, with a sewage farm beyond one end and an electricity substation at the other."
