Thank you to everyone who has helped. We now have more suitable stuff than we can manage, so will not be collecting more items for the present.

Charlbury Refugee Action Group has just had this appeal from people in Witney.

"Hi everyone! We have just come back from a 6 day trip to the Jungle and we are hoping to collect donations for another aid drop to leave on Tuesday 2nd or Wednesday 3rd. We now know that they're in urgent need for:
- New men's underwear size S/M
- Shoes (waterproof walking boots preferably) size 41, 42 and 43 (7, 8, 9)
- Thick blankets
- Sleeping bags
- Waterproof coats size S/M
- Tents (in good conditions with no parts missing)

If anyone can donate any of these we would be very grateful as we have been on the distribution team this week and supplies are running low. Amazing work is being done over there, let's show them they have our support! xxx "

If you can contribute, please email charlburyrefugee@gmail.com Some items need to be bought new, and pound stores and Primark can be very good sources if you are going that way.

There may be a scheme in place soon to help homeless people in Witney. Please also get in touch if you would like to be kept informed of progress on that front, with a view to helping.

If you would like to join Charlbury Refugee Action Group, just email and ask to join. It is free, and you will be kept up to date with what CRAG is planning and doing.
