That's the parish boundary. Neighbourhood Plans are expected to cover the parished area unless good reasons are given.

If you look at the new notice boards at the Co-op over the next couple of weeks you will see information about the Survey that is about to be launched
This will be a chance for every Charlbury Resident to have input into plans for the future of our lovely Town so make sure your views are represented.
