It case it helps anyone to know, the police have closed the road at the junction near Finstock station and the road to Fawler. If you want to get to Witney you will need to go through Fawler round to Finstock via Wilcote, or via Leafield (unless you know the gate code in Cornbury Park...). There appears to have been a car accident involving some power lines there, which are being taken down.
