Does she carry a torch? I would hesitate to walk without using one as it gets dark very early.

My daughter who was walking our dog late this afternoon, was nearly run over by a person in a range rover coming back down Hundley Way. They were totally oblivious to anyone, as they were on their phone. She luckily got away with with a scratched hand from the brambles. I wondered if anything can be done. i.e.extra lighting or signs
