Local access to Cornbury Park

I see that the Estate has publicised their plans to segregate walkers/cyclists and livestock via a permanent peripheral fence. It would be good to hear from them about the arrangement to allow local public access to the Park on Tuesdays and Thursdays between March and October. I understand this is a consequence of a long-standing English Heritage/HMRC inheritance tax relief scheme for the Estate. I cannot find any information about this anywhere. Does anyone else know about this?
