Damage to blue Toyota Rav4 Market Street 1st April

Dear all,
My blue Toyota Rav4 was scraped on the front right bumper by another car on 1st April while parked on Market Street between the pharmacy and the post office.
The causer left a note on my windscreen with a telephone number, but the number is invalid (01608 818810).
Did anyone witness the incident, or if you caused the damage, could you please get in touch with me via email: b.platten@gmx.co.uk
