I have always defended people publicising events in Chippy or surrounding villages by putting posters up on Charlbury notice boards. We might want to go and I want to put posters on their boards.Also some societies like the excellent Chipping Norton Choral Society have lots of Charlbury people in. However,to put a poster up for a concert on May 16th is surely much too early and leads to poster congestion.
