Wed 11 Mar 2015, 22:14 (last edited on Wed 11 Mar 2015, 22:17) And they have now disappeared once again! Try:- For some reason Tony's link did not work 5 minutes ago, but it does again now, and is identical to the link I show. It must be the WODC site playing up again. |

Sun 8 Mar 2015, 18:04 I went to The Bull last night for a drink with my husband. This was the first time we'd been in and we were really impressed at how lovely it was. We hope to visit again soon. We agree that it would be a shame to lose it to housing. |

Sun 8 Mar 2015, 16:31 (last edited on Sun 8 Mar 2015, 16:36) The application was turned down at the end of last week and the report was posted on Friday. Tony is right, they can appeal, but I agree, there is nothing in the report that makes me think an appeal would be successful. As far as a new application is concerned, once the Bull is listed as an asset of community value, which looks very likely judging from what the planning officer has written, the pub will be protected from being transformed into housing for the next five years, after which if we still want it to be listed we can apply again.
