Family house wanted

We're looking for a new home in the Charlbury area. If you or anyone you know is toying with the idea of selling up please feel free to get in touch. We've just agreed a sale on our house (with a handshake and a bottle of wine) and are in no great rush, but really want to find somewhere locally. Even if you don't feel your ready yet we'd still really like to hear from you, who knows a quick chat/ email could end up saving you a huge amount of fuss and fees.
