Parking in the Snow at the Spendlove Centre

Presumably if you can show that the lines were invisible when you parked, then then the tickets are not enforcable - so rather than wrangling with the warden just appeal the ticket.

Warning if you park in the Spendlove Centre and it has snowed and you can't see the designated parking bays, when the snow melts you will discover that you may have a parking ticket because you may have parked over a parking space instead of in it! This is what happened yesterday when our kindly Community Warden (Traffic Warden to most people) decided to write out tickets and slap them on peoples windscreens. He was approached by was very "jobs worthy".
