One of the bikes has been found close to the co op. The other is still missing . We have posted a photograph in the adverts and if anyone finds it , this will make a young 10 year old very happy.

Residents of Charlbury , be aware that a number of break in's have taken place over Monday night to houses and property in the town. We have had 2 bicycles taken from our garage and whoever it was had taken time to look through various boxes and cases for items of value. The police have dispatched a foresenic officer , who was unable to obtain fingerprints as the gang wore gloves and are therefore deemed to be a professional team. I understand that key safes have been pulled from the walls from the other properties , giving access with the key. A car has also been taken once access has been gained. People should report any attempt of a break or enter to the Police how ever minor with suspicious behaviour / activities and number plates of vehicles recorded to assitst with information to help keep this unacceptable situation from happening to others.
