I've also discovered that you can pick spent compost up from www.chelburymushrooms.com/ on Saturday and Sunday mornings, 8-12, for £1.50 a bag (as big bags as you can manage, take your own bags and shovel!) or a fixed price for a trailer (I think it was £25). An amazing deal if you really want a lot and can physically handle it. And have some large bags or a big trailer! I'll go with Tyack's though! |
