It's advertised on the GK website as available on a "Horizon" lease - all beer and cider to be purchased from GK but free of tie on wines and spirits. £69k down payment and £70k p.a. rent.......

I went into The Bell on Sunday night about half seven and was told they'd ran out of beer! Not even a bottle let alone anything on the pumps.

I then heard that Greene King were giving it up next week (which might explain them not restocking) and later saw someone on Twitter talking about buying it.

Anyone have any news on this?
