The Land Use Gazetteer describes class A2 as *Financial services such as banks and building societies, professional services
Yet WODC planning say it does not fit into this category ?" Just who is the April Fool?
Also interestingly the MD of Lycettes who I contacted says he knows nothing about the Charlbury Office closing (This is not an April Fool)
