Walking dogs in Cornbury Park-please keep to the footpath.

Cornbury Park requests that dogs are always kept on leads when being walked on the perimeter path. Recently a dog was lost for several hours having disappeared down into a badger sett. As Katrina points out, walkers are requested to stick to the footpaths at all times for their own safety and that of the wildlife and grazing stock.

People should keep to the footpath regardless of sheep being there or not.

There are now sheep in the field alongside the footpath in Cornbury Park. Today there were two people with dogs off the lead running after and worrying the sheep. Please keep your dogs on leads and keep to the footpath.
