Car park was empty that's the point they are just to lazy to walk %0 feet but more than happy to park on double yellows causing a problem people coming in and going out simply lazy.

Human rights act springs to mind . Why not have them shot, along with everyone that parks outside the corner house when unloading and loading . It will solve an issue that has and will continue to be a problem in a town where more car parking is needed and the lack of garage parking and more cars are located by the owners of property in town.
A good reason to sell the corner house and relocate to a more suitable site

Please can someone put a sign up outside the Co-op Explaining its only 50 feet to the car park and possibly the walk may do them good they are so lazy. This can be a real pain getting in and out off the car park with other able body people parked on the double yellows
