Lost dog?

If anyone has lost a small dark-brown dog, I followed one with a distinctive red collar this morning along the lower end of the path from the top of Ditchley Road to Ticknell Piece, where it comes in at the swings. The dog appeared to be alone and had an injury to its back left leg, but would not let me approach it to see.
