At 3pm today whilst walking my dogs I discovered a large builders Sack full of old paint tins, dumped in the bowls club car park, actually in a disabled parking bay. Shame on you as you could have recycled it to Orinochos in Oxford or contacted the council who would have directed it to the right disposal place! I have reported this to WODC and hopefully it will be removed by them within 7 working days. Just to let everyone out there know I will report it to Crime stoppers if I see the culprit dumping waste again.
