Green rubbish bin at the skatepark

I want to thank the person(s) who put the green rubbish bin and the large bag at the skatepark to try to contain the overflow of the WODC bin. I've spoken with Dave Austin at WODC about the uncollected rubbish and discussed the issue in general. The WODC bin has now been emptied but WODC does not touch non-standard bins (for good reason). They can pick up the whole bin, but before that happens I'd like to give the owner an opportunity to take it back (empty).
Could the owner of the green bin please let me know if they want it back?
