Tue 12 Mar 2013, 19:56 Hello Karen - my understanding is that you need to go down to the Corner House - look in the blue diary there to check that the date is free - and then fill in a form, for which you will need six signatures. The form is also available as a pdf www.charlbury.info/files/7/MHScale2013.pdf and the phone number is there, but if possible you should try and get to the Corner House to look at the diary, because the Hall is liable to get booked up quite a long way in advance, and there are some evenings/times that are never available due to block bookings by various community groups etc. Good luck! |
