Hi I'm awaiting a reply about getting an advert on the weekly listing.
My name is cazz, I have started a new fitness class in the memorial hall every Wednesday 6.30-7.30pm
It is called Booiaka.
It is an aerobic style dance class with a mixture of dance styles from Latin Brazilian hip hop old school and many more. It is for any age or ability. My classes range from 19-65 at the moment from all different walks of life. All popular chart music from 90's to the present day.
We teach 1 routine over 5 weeks with lots of fun active filler steps. The aim is to have fun so you don't realise how hard you body works. If anyone is interested I have a few contact details
