That's disgraceful - shouldn't they offer some alternative rental? - Surely it's in Berkeley Homes' interest to encourage these kind of services and business in Woodstock if they are selling accommodation and office space there, and no doubt marketing Woodstock as a thriving town -or are these spaces already sold leaving them with no interest there?

if you are a customer,you may be as distressed as he was, to hear that the Gentleman was given one month to leave the premises by Berkeley Homes, who wish to convert the building to offices. A true old-fashioned artisan who will be much missed if unable to find other premises.
