Are FGW by any chance looking to use these more timely engines as replacements for the often delayed existing stock?

Richard you did!. The train was a special London Victoria - Worcester SH, hauled by 'Britannia class loco 70000. It passed Charlbury at 13.06, and returned at 17.58 last night - on time both ways!

I swear I heard a whistle around lunchtime today. Anyone see a steam train go through?
