Sat 29 Sep 2012, 21:08 A few months ago I switched from Namesco to Zen and I am very happy I did. Wish I had done it sooner. Namesco promised 8Mbps service (the standard promise) and I was happy to get around 6Mbps. Zen also promised 8Mbps, but when I first connected I got 14+Mbps. I thought something was wrong and it wouldn't stay like that, but I continue to get 13-14Mbps. Same line, same modem as before, measured by Thinkbroadband.com. The switch was painless. |
