Prom and Evening dresses - and mens' shirts.

Hi Sue, yes, loads of plants - some quite unusual stuff, annuals including cosmos, salpiglossis, hawksbeard, perennials such as silene Jack Flash, dahlias and some pond-side water marginals - actually I see the forecast for tomorrow is now pretty good so we may not have needed the marquees but they are for the tea-tent (loads of mums making home-made cakes) as all the clothes are in The Shed. At least it should be sunny for planting out what you buy!

We've just had a fabulous donation of several brand new prom/evening or bridesmaid dresses, long skirts and evening tops in various sizes, apparently left behind by a wedding dress designer, for the Shed fundraiser sale (Sunday 2-5 - see What's On) They are really lovely, but these don't tend to be impulse buys! So anyone who has been thinking of buying evening wear do come and take a look as they will be very reasonably priced. We also have a pretty impressive selection of mens' shirts and trousers, some never worn, as well as lots of ladies' clothes including Boden, Jigsaw, Sandwich, Flax, Nitya, Abercrombie and Fitch.
