The caretakers are away on holiday, and I suspect that the phone messages are not being picked up every day in their absence. The best thing to do is to go to the Corner House, check in the large Bookings book if the Memorial Hall is available on the date you want. If it is, take a booking form from the box marked 'Booking forms', fill it in and leave it in the letter box mounted on the wall next to the staircase. A member of the management committee will be checking the letterbox regularly.

I want to book the memoril hall for a party ive left a message and rang 3 or 4 times as well the phone just rings any other ideas the online form wont print out.
