CHARLBURY'S JUBILEE PICNIC 12 - 2pm

The Big Jubilee Luch is still on, but will be in the Memorial Hall. The forecast is heavy rain overnight and light rain Sunday with daytime temperature of 10C - what a bummer! So we've decided to hold the Big Jubilee Lunch in the Memorial Hall tomorrow. The Charlbury Beer Festival marquees will be erected around the hall, there will be street party type tables in the main hall and the bring and share food will be in the Garden Room. So still come, it will just be different! Everyone still needs to bring their own plates, cutlery, etc but it won't be so far to carry out drinks from the pubs - the Rose & Crown will be doing their famous 2 pint carry outs of real ale.

Bring your own Table and Chairs.Umbrella,Gazebo anything to keep out the rain. Most important bring your picnic and please use unbreakable (plastic) glasses. There will be a Bring and Share tent if you wish to join, but this is only an option. A decision will be made at 9am tomorrow regarding the use of the Playing Close/ Memorial Hall
