You have surely answered your own question. If you are regularly woken by the offender, get outside and take a few notes; date, time, registration number, the make, model and colour of the vehicle and report it to the police.

Every morning, about 5.45, there is a car that tears up Dyers Hill, along Thames St, up Nine Acres and then beyond. Not only is this person clearly speeding, but the car's exhaust is unbelievably, and completely unsociably loud. Does anyone know how this individual can be quietened down? Should they be reported to the Police? Any ideas welcome. Thanks.
