Mon 7 Nov 2011, 15:26 We are probably all familiar with the free Postal Advertiser which drops through the letterbox each month. In theory it reaches 5,500 homes in the Charlbury area and according to the paper's website that includes homes in Spelsbury. But here in Spelsbury we get the Chipping Norton edition not the Charlbury edition - which is irksome for us and no doubt disappointing and a surprise to advertisers who thought they were reaching us but are not. Apparently it's all to do with the 'walks' the postmen take. I am wondering what other errors there are on their circulation map. Which communities are shown as being in the Charlbury distribution area but are, in fact, omitted. |
