UTF-8 characters - I think Charlotte is cutting 'n pasting from Word? rather than typing directly into the reply box.

Can anyone recommend a ghost writer? My chipolata fingers, coupled with my bad spelling and grammar are thus a hindrance. I write recipes, better. It would be very much appreciated, if you could contact me through the link. I could do a recipe for you ?" for my book, if you so wish?
