Gas boiler cover

We just use British Gas and the 3 times we have had to call them out I have had no complaints at all - one job was a major repair cos the expansion tank within the boiler itself had split its seams and the plumber had to fashion a convuluted bit of pipe to get from the input/output ports to an externally placed replacement - took up most of the afternoon and quite a few cups of tea! I don't know how they compare with prices I didn't set it up but service has been efficient and timely.

Has anyone had experience of the Npower 'Hometeam 50' boiler service? I've yet to read the small print, and may decide not to sign up anyway, but I'd be glad to hear of anyone else's experience.
