The Scrap Man

We often have a scrap man who comes to Fawler, but as you say, he never wants to pay for anything. We let him have a few bits as they would cost more in fuel than they are worth to dispose of, but he does tend to be rummaging in the garden when I notice him!

Is he licensed, and did you see it? If he is storing and collecting scrap he should have waste and disposal licenses.

Beware. The Scrap Man came by arrangement(as the alternative was to take it to Bloxham) to take scrap iron, but having loaded it said he would not give any payment, the amount was not worth his while. We took his card last week when he was in the area and he comes here usually on Sunday mornings.
