Given that Wilderness hasn't taken place yet so can hardly begin to be "lowering carbon emissions year on year", and that Riverside isn't exactly the sort of corporate-run event that goes in for "developing ?baselines? for 2010 and implementing strategies", I'm not quite sure why you might expect either of Charlbury's music festivals to be on the list...
