Anyone who parks their vehicle on the pavement also ignores the 'needs of disability'.

And they have started painting them black so that the visually impaired are now at risk too!

So our lovely streets now have more ugly poles with new resident parking signs. What is particularly appalling is that for already narrow pavements these poles further reduce the space for us to walk. Especially appalling for anyone in a wheelchair or using a shopping trolley or wheeler. Market st is particularly blighted . This is do thoughtless and as usual authorities like OCC  anre  ignoring the needs of disability.
