Saturday Morning Bootcamp is growing! 

It's great to see so many people now get their workouts done while the rest of the world is sleeping on a Saturday Morning! 

There is still room for others to join the team and join the heart pumping, sweat making, muscle toning, fat burning Saturday morning bootcamp! 

Charlbury Community Centre - 8am - Saturdays - £8 a session pay on the door

Saturday Morning Bootcamp is on this week! 

We had 14 people last Saturday with 3 new faces and everybody did an amazing job making sure that their bodies were fat burning and muscle toning machines! 

Come and join the team! Now is the time to start as Summer will be here before you know it!

We had some new faces at last weeks Saturday Morning Bootcamp and the review was "That wasn't as awful as I thought it was going to be!" - I'll take that as a compliment! 

There is still space for more people to join the team and get their workout in on Saturday Morning 8am - Charlbury Community Centre. 

We are having a great time, and now even have a whatsapp group for song suggestions for the playlist as apparently my taste in music isn't great! What the hell? who would have thought classic rock, country and 90/00s indie wasn't globally loved! also spotify workout playlists have let us down too! So if you are a music lover and want to get your sweat on come and join us this Saturday!

The 10 mins sections of hitting every body part with cardio, lower  and upper body strength work and core just to finish it off is the new habit on a Saturday morning!
