Monday evening - the timber has now been cleared and the road is open again.

I wonder if it's worth the bother of putting the bins out.  The refuse operatives have a hard enough job as it is without trying to get through all this.

You'd have to be pretty nimble to get past this lot.  Photos taken a few minutes ago.  No way I can get past cars and fallen trees on my mobility scooter.

I ran past it this morning and SSEN are on site dealing with it. It's passable by foot but not by car.
