Jane Holt has been apointed as permanent head at Charlbury having taken over on a temporary basis in september. I think she is doing an amazing job. The changes she made right from the start were very simple and fundamental. She made the children feel safe and contained. A supply teacher described it as "calm" going in there now. The bullying that was wrtecking the place under the klast head has stopped. what do others think?
