It’s great to see planning permission has been applied for at 11 Sheep Street. I have lived in Charlbury for over 20 years and I don’t recall the building being used in that time but I’m probably wrong about this.
I always think it’s sad to see empty buildings. Walking through Castle Quay in Banbury and seeing all the empty units is horrible.
