Local electrician for two very small jobs

I have two dimmer switches that need replacing..

I have the replacements and trie d too it myself but with the first one the tiny screw fell out, and with my failing eyesight I couldn't find it. 

Can anyone help?  I will pay.  Probably 10 mins work.

Last year I asked a good local electrician to replace a bayonet light bulb and that ost me £80. His call out charge.  £80 to change a light bulb.  I'm sure there's a joke here somewhere. 

I'm registered disabled and can;t even climb on step ladders in case I fall.
