Who has my Riverford Box? I may have yours!

Glad that it all got sorted Birgit. Yes the Riverford customer service is always very good when things very rarely go wrong. Excellent produce too. If anyone wants a £15 refer-a-friend voucher then do get in touch ha ha!

Thanks Matthew, it was quickly resolved by the excellent customer services staff. There is a chat option on their website involving an *actual* person. Refreshing.

This happened to me the other day. If you look on the side of the box it sometimes has a label saying where the box was to be delivered. Riverford customer service also very helpful on the phone.

My box should have: leeks, courgettes, red potatoes, onions, carrots, broccoli. Instead, I have various fruits, spinach, tomatoes, squash, broccoli. Let me know if you think we have each other's box, via 07887 893014. Thank you!
