There's absolutely no way I can read that given my vision issues with screens. I'm guessing there's no non-digital format and I'd be expected to print it out at my expense? Lovely. Obviously not discriminatory though.

For those not aware, there is an online survey regarding the proposed parking scheme in Charlbury. In my opinion, this is going to be one of the biggest changes in Charlbury for years so it is really important that you register your views. Here is the link.
