My clients are looking for a full-time home - they are a semi-retired couple whose children have left home but will want to visit.

They are in the lucky position to be able to buy first and then sell their existing house (not in London) to avoid the dreaded chain scenario.

Hello, I am helping clients searching for a house to buy in Charlbury. Their criteria is:

Modern or refurbished detached house with two reception rooms, a large kitchen, four bedrooms, two-three bathrooms, a garage, off-street parking, and a decent garden. They have a decent budget and there is no chain.
