Visibility mirror, Sturt Road

Tue 22 Oct, 17:40 A splendid new mirror has been installed on Sturt Road near the junction with The Slade, accompanied by a warning to vandals. Unfortunately it is wrongly angled, so that it fails to show walkers crossing the road from Woody Lane whether traffic is approaching uphill towards the blind bend on The Slade. I have asked to have it adjusted, but both OCC and WODC deny any knowledge of it. Could it be the Town Council's responsibility? |
