Sat 11 Jan, 11:57 (last edited on Sat 11 Jan, 12:08) Thanks Christine. I changed the ISP late last year - the main difference is a reversion to ' .eu' from ' .global'. Not sure why Google cannot find the FreshWDLmaster page - I'm not an expert in internet protocols I'm afraid. But there is a link from the Charlbury_Weather.html page under the first, main chart. Maybe the html file needs something written into it. Maybe it's too 'woke' [joke]. Any ideas welcomed. Also it was cold last night - under 6 degrees below! |

Sat 11 Jan, 08:51 John Dora's new site giving weather records is here: https://www.johndoraconsulting.eu/assets/FreshWDLmaster.html But google can never seem to find it, however hard I try. I would love it if that could be fixed. His new site more generally is here: https://www.johndoraconsulting.eu/assets/Charlbury_Weather.html Google can pick this up and it works well on my PC, but not the tiny screen of my phone. |

Sat 11 Jan, 08:32 Hi John, has the link to your weather station changed? The domain for this one has gone. |

Mon 23 Sep 2024, 19:16 My weather station has recorded over 100mm of rain, falling continuously since about 10AM yesterday. 2007, when we had the Great Flood in July, I recorded about 90mm on 20th. Mind you that 90+mm fell in about seven hours. I'm expecting to see the Evenlode well flooded tomorrow, as the water drains into the river. Indeed the Environment Agency gauge at Shipton is at about flood level. How high the river will reach isn't easy to say, but likely nowhere near the peak of July 2007.
