2.5 miles out of Charlbury, just after the Chilson Turn, the road is flooded covering the complete width of the road. As this is on a sharp bend , will be a dangerous location during night time. It was a problem at 7 am this morning, and just as bad at 6.30 this evening. Drain blocked i believe.

Just drove back via Hailey. Lots of surface water and a small amount of flooding on the sharp bend at Finstock railway station.
