Fri 13 Sep, 19:44 With extended and known planned maintenance/ upgrades, how disappointing that the network providers can allow there to be no service, the provision of a temporary replacement service and the effect this has on customers who rely on the mobile networks. This covers the complete spectrum of users on all networks. If compensation was requested, maybe the suppliers would give some consideration to their customers! You know , CUSTOMERS ! the people that pay and fund !!!! |
